¿Quién teme a la oscuridad del bosque?
/ What am I afraid of dark of the forest?,
2021
  • Description

In this exercise of performing immersions in the forest, which is part of my magical and ritualistic practices, this performance seeks to revisit the moment and the feeling of the first time I was alone, at night, in a forest in the city of Manaus - Amazonas (Brazil) . Between urbanity and the forest, self-reflection and contemplation, rejoicing is the truest feeling that translates this experience. During these immersions, I asked myself what is the function of darkness and the mystery of shadows in our lives and what are the spiritual connections that the dark of the forest can provide?
