• Statement

​

María Vidagañ Murgui (1981) estudió Bellas Artes en la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, en L’École des Beaux-Arts en Rennes y en Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi en Estambul.
Su práctica artística se sitúa en el ámbito de las artes de acción, la instalación y el vídeo. Mediante estas manifestaciones artísticas investiga en torno a las conexiones entre diferentes áreas de estudio como son la botánica, la economía, la educación y las artes visuales.

María Vidagañ Murgui (1981) studied Fine Arts at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, at L'École des Beaux-Arts in Rennes and at Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi in Istanbul.
Her artistic practice is situated in the field of action arts, installation and video. Through these artistic manifestations, she investigates the connections between different areas of study such as botany, economics, education and the visual arts.
