En mi video exploro una tienda por departamentos abandonada en Düsseldorf. El título ASTEROIDA hace referencia al área de oficinas denominada „Am Seestern“ en Düsseldorf, donde se ubicaron las oficinas centrales de la cadena de grandes almacenes, así como la oficina de arquitectura que diseñó las diferentes sucursales. El elemento de la fachada en forma de H que aparece en el video representa a Horten, el nombre de los grandes almacenes.

In my video I explore a derelict departmentstore in Düsseldorf. The title ASTEROIDA refers to the office area named „Am Seestern“ in Düsseldorf, where the headquarters of the departmentstore chain were located as well as the architectural office that designed the different branches. The H-shaped facade element featured in the video stands for Horten, the name of the departmentstore.

El origen de todos mis proyectos es mi entusiasmo por el lenguaje y la moda y una continua investigación arquitectónica. Mi objetivo es preservar y transportar la belleza y la atmósfera de los edificios contando sus historias y las de sus arquitectos y habitantes. Implemento mis ideas en forma de disfraces, textos, videos, fotos, performances.

The origin of all my projects is my enthusiasm about language and fashion and an ongoing architectural research. I aim at preserving and transporting the beauty and atmosphere of buildings by telling their stories and those of their architects and inhabitants. I implement my ideas in the form of costumes, texts, videos, photos, performances.
